Your PR Replay engagement is paid and confirmed. The countersignature and deploy-key invitation are next; once those are in place we kick off and the report ships on the agreed timeline.

What happens next

Three steps from "payment confirmed" to "report in your inbox."

  1. 1 Within 24 hours. You'll receive an email from [email protected] with the one-page SOW for countersignature, a read-only deploy-key invitation to the temporary working tree we'll use, and a link to schedule the walk-through call.
  2. 2 Kickoff (day after countersignature). Once the SOW is countersigned and the deploy key is approved, the replay starts. Team report ships within 5 business days. Deep report ships within 10 business days from kickoff.
  3. 3 Walk-through call + report delivery. Founder walks the report with your team for 30 minutes (Team) or 90 minutes (Deep), answers questions, and discusses the recommended CI gates. The polished Markdown + PDF lands right after the call.

After delivery: temporary clone is deleted, the engagement record is yours on request, and the optional 50% credit toward Roam Review activates if you subscribe within 60 days.

Run the DIY sample now While you wait for kickoff, run roam pr-replay --tier sample on the same repo locally. The 5-PR sample uses the same engine; you'll see the report shape ahead of the paid engagement and have an opinion ready for the walk-through call.
Receipts Once self-serve checkout (Stripe) is live, you'll receive a Stripe payment receipt at the email used at checkout. For email-based orders we send the invoice + receipt with the SOW. EU-compliant tax invoice from our accountant attached alongside. If you need anything specific (PO number, billing address change), reply to the receipt.
Privacy + handling The temporary clone we use is deleted within 7 days of report delivery. We never train on, reuse, or retain buyer code. Full terms in the DPA + security policy.
